Uhh, re the moot!
Due to painting over the long weekend, um... I never QUITe made it to posting in the moot for Ursula beyond pretty much the first rite. Our internet was unplugged so as not to well... do whatever wires all over a room and people with brushes walking about might do. Ursula is not THAT stealthy and quiet... will catch up later and prove it! In the meantime, this is what happened IRL!
We were painting the living room in the old Swedish-American-built foursquare farmhouse, built over a year ago, the old family farmhouse...., My fam did a fantastic, professional job with the paint. The ceiling is a pale blue, the fancy crown moulding is a very warm white, the walls are the perrrrfect shade of LAVENDER.
Apparently, though, i have found a way to FINALLY make my very cowboy, very leathery, very All-farmer-man-country-town father in law utterly speechless. He showed up to see the final job, not knowing what colors i'd picked.
Lord, you'd think i'd just lopped his son's balls off!
