Only the Fianna would think "I have to go back to our dead packmate's home sept and help his sister" was a decent reason for missing a moot during a time of siege.

Hector leads Jack to the circle without their packsister this month. With each month that does pass they don't begin to look any more alike physically but their camaraderie has been a palpable thing since the first fight they survived. As they complete the journey through the woods Hector is shoving Jack and trying not to laugh too loud at something the Philodox said.

In shifting he transforms from a dark-haired dark-eyed young man to a red-gray wolf with yellow eyes. Dedicated adornments go with him. He does stop to harass Erich, and Keisha and Winona and Thunder-Thomas if he can find him.

When the rite starts the young alpha throws back his head and his howl is loud and strong and shot through with uncertainty and determination at once.

Thomas arrives at this moot an entirely different kind of quiet than the last. He comes into the place Keisha has chosen for this month in lupus, slipping through those already gathered to greet everyone he does know. Strangers offering him greeting can have greetings in return, but he doesn't try to solicit any attention from anyone he doesn't already know. Even here, he is still a little wary. A month ago, he would not have expected anything to dare come here, tonight he's not quite as sure. Despite the wariness, he is clearly pleased to reunite with people he's met, pleased enough that enough harassment from Hector might get him to play for a few seconds. Once his greetings are done, though, he withdraws off to his own space.
