News - Violent Hit-and-Run Leaves Diners Injured and Stunned - Joey - 07-03-2013 Nearly a dozen diners were injured when a large box truck slammed into the outdoor patio of Handsome Hector's Taqueria in Federal late Wednesday night. No fatalities were reported at the time of broadcast, though two are in intensive care. A suspect in the hit-and-run, a Trinidadian national named George Phipps, was detained a block away by police officers rushing to the scene.
