The night after the incident with the bloody duck pond at the city park, Kali reaches for her cell phone right upon waking up. Last night was too hectic for her with the shooting and the calling of the Sheriff and the reporting of the mortals and the waiting and the GLAVIN for her to get to it, so she decided at the time, "Fuck it, I'll wait till tomorrow."

It's tomorrow, so she picks up the phone and nimble fingers start pressing buttons. The following text is set over the airwaves to her favorite Denver Nosferatu, Jack.

Hey. Visited with some bloody ducks last night. 99% sure it's related to monkey business. You, me and Cat should get together, we can compare notes.

After a few seconds, another text bleeps in.

Oh yeah, I dunno where to find her. You got any ideas?

Five minutes. Ten plus one at the utmost. That's how long it takes for Jack to text a certain Ravnos of the improbable [if you're a living, breathing woman] wasp-waisted corsets back. The convenient thing about a text is it's a message in a bottle, or rather less. There is no ambient noise, and only spelling counts for anything, and texting culture has assured the world that spelling counts for naught.

Text 1. Very interesting!
Text 2. Meet at [location / time to be determined OOC for max. player ease]? Consider me at your convenience.

Read: Consider him super curious.

Text 3, a little later than the other two. I'll ask a friend.
Text 4, and finally: We may need to trust her natural perspicacity.

By which he means madness.
