Botches Return to the Dice Roller - FadedNoel - 12-16-2014 Long ago, the site had a house rule applied that 1's would not take away from successes when determining success or failure. If you didn't get any successes, and you got a 1, it would still count as a botch. However, the chat would never tell you that. It would say that you failed, when you'd really botched. I have now brought botches to you all! Muahahaha! At least, the chat will now correctly tell you that there was a botch. It still follows the house rule, successes are still calculated the same way, it's just that now you'll get to know at a glance when your character royally screwed up.
