Sid and Grace had been working in the lab while Sid raced for the cure; once they were cured and just trying to get the symptoms under control they were moved to the exam rooms where Luke set up beds to make them comfortable while they recuperated.
When Sera and Lena were brought in, they would have been put in Exam Room #1 and #2, respectively. They may both be happy to note that the rooms are very much non-hospital-like.
If Sid and/or Grace wanted to stay there at that point Luke would have put a couple of cots in the Lab.
Luke will keep the practice closed down until everyone is ready to leave. They can stay as long as they need to and he will tend to their health.]]
