Anyone paying attention to local news this week will begin to see stories about a mysterious incident at a downtown nightclub called Infinity that resulted in the hospitalization of 62 people, all of whom were left in comas.
The incident occurred Friday evening during the club's hotly anticipated opening night, but evidence is still unclear as to exactly what caused the brain trauma. Police are looking into the possibility that it may be drug-related. In the meantime, the club has been closed down indefinitely.
[As an OOC note: Anyone who wishes to acknowledge or follow up on this may do so, whether you're signed up for the SL or not. SL folks will be able to do some investigating at the club later this week, but if anyone wants to fpm me any questions or dice rolls in the meantime (again, whether you're in the SL or not,) feel free to do so.
