[kai, this is just for justification of purchasing the Moot Rite. I don't think it will require any action on your part except that it's here.]
Shortly after the June moot, Phoebe goes to Forgotten Questions in search of Firewalker, Fostern Fianna Theurge. Phoebe offers her a trade, a small favor for the teaching of the moot rite. When the terms are agreed upon they go together across the Gauntlet.
And so begins the week of teaching. Phoebe visits the sept for daily sessions, learning just how to channel the energies of the moots held at Forgotten Questions. They're large with many bodies and a whole lot of Gnosis to feed into Earth. It takes care, and it takes skill, and it takes time.
She learns it, though. And when the time comes she'll be ready to open the July moot.
