Kinfolk Creation Sheet Snaffu

I went to create a kinfolk, and found that DODGE is missing on the Abilities list... I can't submit my character, a body guard, without Dodge! It goes straight from Brawl to Empathy.... Can someone fix it so I can submit my kin? LOL Thanks!

I also noticed upon going back that the Mage Abilities is AAAAALLL mucked up... There's Skills listed under Talents, Talents missing (like Dodge, yet again!) and Empathy, and Intuition (unless that's kinfolk only). Under Knowledges Law is missing....

Upon looking back, Dodge is also missing from the Vampire creation sheet.... Did someone decide to include it in a different stat?

Hey Draco!

So, for W:tA20 and V:tM20, the 20th Anniversary Editions of the systems White Wolf recently released, they lumped in Dodge with Athletics. So, for any roll that use to include a Dodge stat, you can pretty much replace it with Athletics now.

Also, Howl tweaked the sheets for Mage a bit, mostly in preparation for foreseen changes that will come with M:tA20 based off of what WW did with the other systems. The rationale and final decisions were listed in an OOC poll thread he started in the Mage forums. I'm including a LINK to that thread here. (Just click where I wrote link...)

Draco -- Joey's info is correct. There are NPCs in WtA20 who still have Dodge listed though. I consider it a 'Hobby Talent' according to the creation rules for WtA20, so if players reallyreallyrealy want Dodge as a separate stat, it's available. But to tell the truth, putting those dots in Athletics does make them more versatile and Athletics 4: Evasion (or Dodge) is, of course, a viable option.

Yep, what Joey said. The WtA and VtM sheets use the 20th Anniversary edition traits and the Mage sheets have been tweaked a bit (as the 20th anniversary edition for MtA hasn't come out yet.) Intuition and Empathy were never part of the standard Mage abilities. They replaced Empathy with Awareness. As for Dodge and Law, you can still roll those using Athletics and Academics, respectively.

I apologize for not making a note in the House Rules about the sheet changes. I just implemented them a few days ago and figured there wasn't a huge rush since there was already a thread (which Joey kindly linked to) and an announcement about the changes in the Mage forum. I will go ahead and add this to the House Rules system page now.
