[OOC: For those of you who don't watch the news here's the article that would've shown up on the Internet. Soulless copy is my jam.]
A Denver man has died after being stabbed, but no charges are expected in the case, according to a police department spokesperson.
Officers were called Friday afternoon to EastView Apartments on Elizabeth Street about an assault in progress. There they found John Cassius Tremblay, 34, lying in the kitchen of a ground floor apartment rented to Cassandra Waltz, 36, who was on-shift at Denver Health at the time of the attack.
Police Lieutenant Gary Wilcox said it appears Tremblay went to the apartment complex, forced his way inside the unit rented by Ms. Waltz, and was asked to leave by her daughter, Makayla Waltz, a senior at East High School. He and Waltz got into a physical altercation before the young woman stabbed him with a kitchen knife.
Wilcox said investigators believe the stabbing was a case of self defense.

Look. I have school. And RP. And all my other time is taken up by sheer, unreasoning panic. I don't have time for Reddit.
